Welcome to Lake Dow Estates
Lake Dow Estates residents enjoy the benefits of the lake and the two parks on either side of the lake - Allie Landing and Darwish Park, which also have picnic areas. Other facilities around Lake Dow Estates are a swimming pool, tennis courts, exercise gym and golf course. Golf and Lake Dow Club membership dues are separate from the annual dues.
We have a website with pertinent neighborhood and Henry County information. The Home Page can be accessed by anyone at www.lakedowestates.org. To access the private Homeowners Page on the website you will need to request a login by filling out the Register form on the website.

Scheduled POA Board Meetings
2026 Board Meetings will occur on the third Tuesday of the month at 7:00 PM at Pilgreen's, 2nd floor unless otherwise noted below:
February 10 - The meeting will be held in-person and through Zoom for those of whom cannot attend in-person.

To report a streetlight outage, please contact Snapping Shoals EMC (SSEMC). You can submit a request using their online Security Light Repair form or contact their main outage center. When reporting, be sure to provide detailed location information, such as the nearest house number, cross street, pole number, and a description of the issue (e.g., light out, flickering).
